Reform joins the 40th anniversary celebrations of an organisation enabling people with disabilities to change their lives and their world
Skills for People, which supports disabled people and their families in improving their lives, celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. It started out with one part-time member of staff in a room in Jesmond United Reformed Church, Newcastle, and a budget of £17,000. Today it has 50 staff, a budget of £1.5m and supports more than 4,000 people a year….
